Hibou processes a customer's WhatsApp messages, phone number, design files, delivery details, and payment status so the store can fulfil an order. It does not collect card numbers. This marketing website stores a message only when you submit the contact form.

The chat

The store is the business the customer is messaging. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Hibou, made by Hibou Printtech Pvt Ltd, reads the inbound message, the phone number WhatsApp provides, any image or document the customer sends, and the address the customer gives. Designs are stored so the order can be printed. Payment status arrives from the payment provider. Card numbers are entered on the provider's page.

The team

The store team can read the conversation in the console and reply. A human reply is visible to the customer as a message from the store's WhatsApp number.

This website

Pages are static. This website uses Google Analytics 4 to record page views. The contact form contains whatever the visitor types. Until a form host is chosen, the form opens an email to hello@hibou.in.

Retention

Retention periods for designs and chats will be stated here before this page is treated as final.
